In order to avoid being charged for the next month of hosting, we must receive your cancellation request by the end of the current month. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Important! We send an email to confirm receipt of this cancellation. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a confirmation e-mail message.
Please include a valid e-Mail address on the form. If you do not receive a
confirmation e-Mail within 24-48 hours, you may contact technical support for
verification that your request was received.
Web site cancellations may take7-10 business days to complete.
All refunds are reviewed and may take up to 30 days for processing.

To cancel your merchant account and/or gateway, you must send notice
directly to IMS and IGS or Authorize.Net pursuant to the terms and
conditions of your agreements. Please call the numbers below for specific
information.

By canceling your Web site, you cease all monthly hosting fees which eMerchantClub charges you.  Your Web site will also be removed from the Internet in 30 days or less.
By placing your Web site on hold, you cease all monthly hosting fees which eMerchantClub charges you, for up to six months (6 months).  You may reactivate a held site by contacting technical support at 877-384-4691 and paying a $99 reactivation fee.

A Big Value site is a site that comes free of set-up fees with your SMC Membership.
A Gift Card site is costs between $300 and $900, and allows your customers to redeem a gift card on your site.
An e-commerce site costs  $300 to $4,000, and is a fully customizable site allows you to change the products, layout, text, and more.
A Promotional site is an older site which has a $9.95 per month hosting fee.
